BIKE Channel Canyon will roll out of Edinburgh in the OVO Energy Tour of Britain on Sunday, September 3.
Tim Elverson’s squad were confirmed among the 20 teams for the eight-day race on Monday, following a season-long qualification battle.
JLT Condor, ONE Pro Cycling and Madison Genesis are the other three British Continental outfits set to contest the UCI 2.HC event, which finishes in Cardiff on Sunday, September 10.
Team Wiggins and Team Raleigh will miss out, with organisers Sweetspot making teams earn their place in the country’s premier stage race.
JLT dominated the 13-round qualification programme, with wins in the Tour of the Wolds, Chorley Grand Prix, Lincoln Grand Prix, Velothon Wales and Stockton Grand Prix.
Victories for Tom Stewart in the Tour of the Reservoir and Peter Williams in the Beaumont Trophy helped ONE Pro book their place.
Consistency was key for Elverson’s men, who lifted the Spring Cup Series trophy with Rory Townsend and currently head the Grand Prix Series standings courtesy of Dexter Gardias.
The final place went to Madison. Joining the four British Continental outfits will be World Tour heavyweights BMC, Cannondale Drapac, Lotto Soudal, Movistar, Orica-Scott, Quick-Step Floors, Dimension Data, Katusha Alpecin, Team Lotto NL – Jumbo and Team Sky.
