Phil Jones MBE is looking forward to working alongside Canyon Eisberg as Brother UK embarks on another thrilling chapter of cycling sponsorship.
The managing director of the Manchester-based technology solutions and services business has pledged a second season of support to Tim Elverson’s outfit.
Brother UK will provide jersey sponsorship for the British UCI Continental team, previously known as BIKE Channel Canyon, throughout the 2018 campaign.
The decision to extend the partnership was saluted by Elverson after he revealed Eisberg would step up as headline partner at the beginning of the month.
For Jones, it is the latest in a string of cycling sponsorship announcements from Brother UK, as the company builds on its commitment to the sport. He said:
“Brother UK has invested in the cycling sector for more than six years and 2018 looks set to be another thrilling chapter in the history of our relationship with the sport.
“It was impressive to see the team in action last year, they lit up a number of races and the new riders are a fantastic addition.
“We know they’ll work hard to deliver an excellent season and we’re looking forward to working with them.”
Brother UK has invested in the cycling sector since 2012 with the provision of neutral service vehicles to high-level domestic races and sportives.
It is also the official print, imaging and results partner for the Tour Series, the OVO Energy Women’s Tour of Britain and the OVO Energy Tour of Britain.
Elverson is proud to have such passionate backing behind his team. Canyon Eisberg’s owner and sports director added:
“We have a strong relationship with our key partners and it was great for us to know we had the support from Brother UK going into 2018.
“The commitment Brother UK continues to show cycling in the UK is huge and we are proud to have them as part of our team. I’m looking forward to seeing how we can push both brands forward this season.”
