The partnership with Cignpost Diagnostics has become an essential part of the team’s foreign race programme throughout this year. The riders and support staff have been able to utilise Cignpost Diagnostics network of sites across the UK for fast and reliable COVID-19 testing for travel with the added advantage of 25 locations and long opening hours, enabling them to easily fit test visits into their training schedules.
