Tim Elverson will send his troops into their first UCI battle of 2018 on Sunday.
A seven-man squad has shrugged off the ‘Beast from the East’ to travel to France for the 1.2 Grand Prix de la Ville de Lillers (11.30am GMT).
Perfs Pedal winner Alex Paton will line up alongside Chris Opie, Andrew Tennant, Rory Townsend, Jack Pullar and Dexter Gardias for the 186km contest.
James Lowsley-Williams was set to complete the squad until he was snowed in at his Cotswolds home on Friday.
Powder two metres deep meant he had to surrender hopes of making his seasonal bow, with Louis Rose-Davies stepping into the breach.
Rose-Davies, the 2017 national junior road race champion, will be making his senior UCI debut in the race.
After arriving in France on Saturday afternoon, the 18-year-old joined Townsend and Pullar to recce the course with assistant sports director Simon Holt.
The Grand Prix de la Ville de Lillers, in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region, includes Brits Robert Millar (1979) and Russell Downing (2012) among its former winners.
First raced in 1964, it was won last season by Frenchman Thomas Boudat, in the colours of Direct Energie.
